Woman who attacked weight-lifting Hugh Jackman with her pubic hair is not mentally fit for trial: psych eval

No kidding!

Actor Hugh Jackman’s alleged razor-wielding stalker isn’t of sound mind, a court-ordered psych evaluation has found.

“She’s been found not fit to proceed to trial, but I’ll ask the people if they have any objection,” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Maxwell Wiley said this afternoon.

Katherine Thurston, 46, looked confused and disheveled wearing a black sweatshirt inside out as she sat at the defense table for the brief appearance in a Manhattan courtroom.

Her eyes darted around nervously as her shackled hands clutched a paperback.

Prosecutors requested time to review the exam results and were granted approximately two weeks. If they agree with the findings, the charges will be dismissed and Thurston will be committed.

The California woman is charged with felony burglary for allegedly barging into the “X-Men” star’s West Village gym on April 12th.

Prosecutors declined to pursue the original misdemeanor menacing and criminal weapons possession charges involving the pubic-hair-filled electric razor she allegedly pulled from her waistband and flung at the actor.

Thurston is scheduled to return to court July 2. She’s being held at Rikers in lieu of $7,500 bail.
