Teens busted in i-diotic theft

These teens could use some summer school.

After stealing a young mother’s iPhone in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, on June 25, Tiyanna Gettes, 16, and a 15-year-old pal spent the next day texting vulgar messages to her friends and customers, police said yesterday.

The victim, who gave her name only as Shayna, was horrified when she logged into an app that let her track the text-messaging activity on her phone.

“The girl who stole my phone was answering with these nasty, disgusting, sexual texts,” said Shayna, whose ordeal was first reported by The Algemeiner, a Jewish newspaper.

Gettes allegedly sent the lewd replies to every text that was sent to Shayna.

One buddy texted the 24-year-old victim, “who made the cake for ozzies bday” and the thieves replied, “My D–k Why? Want one?”

The day after the robbery, Shayna and cops set up a sting operation and Gettes fell right into the trap.

Gettes was arrested on charges of robbery, menacing, grand larceny and other charges. She pleaded guilty on July 2.

Her 15-year-old buddy was arrested and charged as a juvenile.
