Hundreds of costumed canines strutted Tompkins Square Park on Saturday for the 23rd annual Halloween Dog Parade — including a spaniel impersonating Banksy and a German shepherd manning a Zoltar fortune-telling machine.
In a nod to the secretive British street artist, owner Wendy Hoey dressed pup Gerry Junior as “Barksy,” with canisters of paint and a bandana mask.
