Nearly 90 percent of Americans are fed up with Washington, a CBS News poll found on Friday — with 43 percent describing themselves as “angry,” up 13 points since March and the highest since the survey began in February 2010.
Seventy-two percent blamed congressional Republicans for the government shutdown. Sixty-one percent blamed President Obama and the Democrats.
