CBS reporter Allie LaForce takes the NCAA tournament by storm

While the national college basketball title is still yet to be decided, there is already one big winner from the tournament — CBS sideline reporter Allie LaForce.

The gorgeous blonde, who has been working with broadcast legends Verne Lundquist and Bill Raftery, has been lighting up Twitter for both her all-American looks and her impressive basketball acumen.

She has been part of some of the tournament’s most poignant moments, such as interviewing St. Joseph’s coach Phil Martelli’s adorable mini-me grandson and chatting with Dayton star Devin Oliver’s sister Miya, who has Down syndrome.

The 25-year-old former Miss Teen USA played hoops at Ohio University, but she says she still has to battle the notion that she’s just a pretty face in a male-dominated arena.

“You fight that stereotype every day,” she said on “Boomer & Carton,” adding that people are constantly tweeting her to express surprise at the quality of her questions.

And, predictably, she gets a lot of dirty, sexually-charged tweets from male admirers.

“I can’t say any of them on the air,” she said.

And sorry, fellas, but she’s already taken.

Her fiance, Joe Smith, is a pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels.
