UFC’s Rousey wants to beat up boyfriend of rival Tate

Ronda Rousey has already roughed up Miesha Tate and taken her title. Now she wants a crack at Tate’s boyfriend.

When asked by actor Jay Mohr on his podcast if she thinks she can beat a man, Rousey, the UFC’s first female fighter said, “Bryan Caraway.” Caraway, a UFC fighter, dates Tate, Rousey’s hated rival.

“I’d just like to take out her whole [expletive] crew,” Rousey said on the “Mohr Stories” podcast.

Mohr asked Rousey why she still has so much hatred for Tate even though she already fought and beat her back in March. Rousey replied, “She’s got like a punch-me face.”

The bad blood between Rousey and the couple runs deep. Rousey and Tate engaged in some serious trash talk before their Strikeforce bout, but Caraway might have fired the most incendiary shots. On Twitter, he called her an “unintelligent bimbo” and said “I’ll knock her teeth dwn [sic] her throat the [sic] break her arm.” Rousey did challenge Caraway before that, but he took it to a whole other level.

Mohr joked that Rousey wants to beat up everyone in Tate’s family. She laughed it off with another jab.

“I’m not gonna put on a ski mask and go to Oregon or wherever their trailer is,” Rousey said.

Rousey fights Liz Carmouche in the main event of UFC 157 on Feb. 23 in Anaheim. It’ll be the first-ever women’s fight in UFC history. Tate has also signed on to face Rousey and a rematch between the two is probably inevitable. Tate lasted longer with the champion than any other opponent, though that was just 4:27. Rousey has finished all six of her pro bouts via armbar – the others in under a minute.

Caraway last fought in the UFC in July when he dropped down to 135 pounds, where he defeated Mitch Gagnon. It’s coincidentally the same weight class Rousey fights in. Although both might be in favor of it, don’t expect a fight between the two in the Octagon. Maybe in a parking lot somewhere instead.
