WASHINGTON – The opening day of the Gonzaga DC Classic is in the books and there were no major surprises. All the favorites won, which sets up a solid second day of the 22nd annual tournament which moves to American University.
Holy Cross and St. Raymond each won their games and advanced to Saturday night’s semifinals. We’ll also have live Twitter updates from the big Lincoln-Thomas Jefferson clash and the Breezy Bishop Showcase, featuring some of the top girls hoops teams playing just up the road in Baltimore.
