The CHSAA boys soccer’ version of the Tournament of Champions starts Thursday with the CHSAA state semifinals. A week after a shocking defeat in the Class A intersectional semifinals, St. Francis Prep will meet Monsignor Martin Association winner Canisius from Buffalo in the opening game.
The main event pits the Class A intersectional and defending state champions Iona Prep against Long Island champ Chaminade, ranked No. 7 in the country by the NSCAA.
