Carnie Wilson’s diet plan

“Right now, the only fat I am getting is Olive Oil,” she says. “I am not saying I will never have a bite of cheesecake again. I will probably spit it out because that is what I have been doing. Chew and spit, chew and spit. For real. That’s what I have been doing. But I get the taste and I am not gaining weight. I am losing.”

T.M.I. Big news day for Carnie Wilson: “I am going to drop about 35 more pounds and then I am going to get pregnant,” she told The Post while promoting her upcoming CMT reality series “Outsiders Inn” Wednesday in LA.

But wait, there’s more. The former Wilson-Phillips singer, 40, is also about to release a still-unnamed line of clothing for plus-size women.

“It’s inspired by my experience being morbidly obese,” she says.

Wilson ballooned to a whopping 300 pounds in 2000 before undergoing a very public gastric bypass surgery and shrinking almost in half. She’s continued to struggle with weight, but is now committed to keep it off by maintaining a healthy diet.
