Starr Report: Celine and heard

A heads-up for Celine Dion fans (yeah, they’re out there). Dion, hosting a CBS special Friday night, not only gives a synergistic shout-out to “Ghost Whisperer” star Jennifer Love Hewitt – whose show follows Dion’s on CBS – but she also dedicates a version of George Harrison‘s “Something” to his widow, Olivia, who’s in the audience (Dion performs the number with guitarist Joe Walsh).

Donny Osmond will continue subbing for rehabbing “Insider” co-host Pat O’Brien for the rest of this week – and perhaps beyond. Osmond was originally scheduled to sub with Lara Spencer for just this week, but “he could be there for two weeks. It depends on the ratings,” says a source. “They’re literally going day- by-day.”

Osmond was already on- board to be a special correspondent for “The Insider” and “ET” through May.

Officials at Paramount had no comment yesterday.

O’Brien, who turns 60 on Thursday, entered rehab at an L.A.-area clinic late last week for the second time in three years. He’s been off the air since last Friday.

Last, but not least:

* Benjamin Bratt will star in a new A&E series, “The Cleaner,” based on drug-interventionist William “The Cleaner” Banks.

* Kat Von D, Anna Friel at the Warner Music Group post-Grammy event.

* Faith Salie chats with Michael Emerson (“Lost”) tonight on WNYC (820 AM).

* Kelley Colello (HBO) in town through tomorrow.

* Danny’s boy: Congrats to MSG’s Dan Schoenberg and wife Lisa Rogen on the ar rival of Brendan Aaron.
