Arrest in Coney slaying

Cops collared a thug who killed one man and shot three other people in Brooklyn, authorities said.

Joseph Brown, 29, shot Matt Natal and Angel Rivera in a Coney Island apartment Friday evening, police said.

Brown also hit Natal’s mother, Eva, 64, in the right torso and grazed his 40-year-old brother’s head, cops said.

Rivera was pronounced dead, and Natal was fighting for his life last night, police said.

Brown’s rap sheet includes a November burglary arrest and a 2007 drug collar, cops said.

He was being held at the 60th Precinct station house. Charges were pending.

One of the victims told investigators that Brown had an accomplice with dreadlocks, police sources said.
