‘NCIS’ star accused of waging vindictive campaign against ex-husband

She plays a Goth forensic scientist on TV’s most popular show — and actress Pauley Perrette allegedly follows a dark script in real life, too.

Her ex-husband says he broke up with the 43-year-old “NCIS” star after she slept with the pizza deliveryman, according to a court document.

Now, he claims, she’s living the plot of an unsold film script she wrote and framing him with cops. He faces possible jail time this week for violating a restraining order.

Perrette has played Abby Sciuto on the CBS series since its debut in 2003 and rates as one of the most likable actresses in prime time.

But friends have testified about her off-screen antics, particularly toward ex-husband Francis “Coyote” Shivers. The couple married in 2000, separated in 2004 and divorced in 2006.

“She’s extremely extroverted, extremely intelligent and charming — but she’s wicked,” Jason Fishbein, who says he was a close friend of Perrette, told The Post.

Fishbein described in court papers how the actress “possibly uses restraining orders as a method of harassment.”

Another former friend claims Perrette “has a history of vindictive behavior” toward ex-flames, according to a court affidavit.

“I recall her stealing the cat of her ex-boyfriend . . . then when he wanted to take her to court about this, [she] filled out the paperwork for a restraining order in retaliation,” the purported ex-pal, Lisa Lynch, says in court papers.

Lynch says Perrette was treated in the psych ward at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for “an extended period,” according to court papers.

In 2005, Perrette sought a restraining order against Shivers, a musician and DJ. Her lawyer said that Perrette feared for her safety and that Shivers sent her frightening e-mails and “intercepts her private e-mails.”

A judge issued the order based on a “history of emotional abuse.” Renewed several times, it directs Shivers to stay away from his ex.

Shivers claims in court papers that Perrette is living out her screenplay, titled “Star Crazy,” which outlines steps for vengeance — “stalk him,” “schmooze police” and “get restraining order.”

“For years, I’ve been saying that this was going to happen — in court documents, in police reports,” Shivers told The Post. “And, finally, it has.”

Shivers got into legal trouble in 2009 for violating the restraining order after sending numerous e-mails to Perrette’s lawyer, who called them “annoying electronic communication.”

He was busted last April for violating the order again when he and Perrette ended up in the same LA sushi eatery — one he often tweeted about.

He was convicted last month and is facing up to a year in prison when he is sentenced Wednesday.

Shivers has his own dark past, say supporters of his ex. His first wife, Bebe Buell, a musician and the mother of actress Liv Tyler, called Shivers “dangerous.”

“This is not a fabrication on the part of the women at all,” Buell said.

Perrette’s lawyer would not comment.
