Three injured after driver loses control on car in B’klyn

Three young women were injured last night when a driver lost control of his car and jumped a curb in Brooklyn, authorities said.

The driver was traveling north on Ocean Ave. near Voorhies Ave. in Sheepshead Bay at around 5:30 p.m. when he lost control of his Nissan Sentra, critically injuring a woman in her early 20s. Two teenage girls also suffered minor injuries.

All three victims were taken to Lutheran Medical Center.

Thirteen-year-old victim Suzanna Gorodetskiy said her and a friend were returning from a nearby Rite Aid when they realized the car was headed their way.

“We saw the car and we started screaming,” said victim Suzanna Gorodetskiy, 13. “It just came and hit us.”

Gorodetskiy said her 14-year-old friend suffered a broken leg but was expected to be ok.

Authorities did not immediately have information on the critically injured woman’s condition.

Cops said they do not suspect any criminality at this time.
