Cops want to ID man who refuses to communicate

Cops are looking for help in identifying a man who has been non-communicative at Jamaica Hospital for 10 days.

The unidentified man walked into John’s Luncheonette at 95th Street and Jamaica Avenue in Queens to take a rest around 5:45 p.m. March 1, according to a worker at the deli.

“Some customers saw him not feeling so good outside. We let him take a rest. We tried to ask him questions but he didn’t talk. Then he fell,” a worker at the luncheonette said.

The victim can’t or won’t read or write, a police source said.

The mystery man wasn’t carrying ID at the time and police have not been able to identify him.
