David Phelps makes his first start of the season as the Yankees try and win the rubber game against the Astros.
Phelps, taking injured Ivan Nova’s spot in the rotation, is 1-1 with a 5.29 ERA out of the bullpen this season and will be opposed by Houston lefty Eric Bedard.
