OLD WIDOW CLEARED IN DOC DEATH

Maybe she wasn’t a wicked stepmom after all.

An elderly woman accused by her stepchildren of knocking off their father to seize control of his millions didn’t kill the man, a Manhattan judge has found.

Justice Louis York dismissed a wrongful-death claim against Edith Wolf, accused in a lawsuit of abusing her renowned cancer-doctor husband, Ezra Greenspan, and orchestrating his death.

York, citing reports from Greenspan’s doctors and the medical examiner’s office, said there was no evidence of foul play.

The oncologist’s three children had charged that Wolf, who is in her late 70s, started physically abusing her husband of two decades in 2001.

Their suit blamed his 2004 death on a massive overdose of the anti-Parkinson’s drug Amantadine, which they said had been arranged by Wolf.

The medical examiner’s office, however, found that Greenspan’s death was not the result of an overdose.
