Nokia, the world’s biggest cellphone maker, said yestterday it had filed a suit in a US district court against Apple, alleging that its iPhone infringes Nokia’s patents.
Nokia said the 10 patents in the suit, filed with the Federal District Court in Delaware, relate to technologies that Nokia says are fundamental to making devices compatible with one or more mobile standards.
