Mad Mel Gibson sadistically sneers, “I own you!” to his baby mama in yet another expletive-laced phone recording that surfaced yesterday.
The raging actor spits the demeaning words out at ex-gal-pal Oksana Grigorieva as the pair battle over whether she could hire a domestic for their infant daughter, Lucia.
“You’re a f – – king using whore! Now, I own you!” Gibson reportedly tells Grigorieva over the phone during the 6-minute rant posted on RadarOnline.
“Do not use [the domestic] at your house! I have warned you she will be fired if she goes to your house. You find that [expletive] and you find some other money that’s not mine, OK?”
The out-of-control star can’t resist throwing in a racial slur, adding that if Grigorieva tries to hire the worker, “I will report her to the f – – king people who take f – – king money from the wetbacks, OK?”
It’s the third repulsive, sexist, racist recording of Gibson, 54, posted in less than a week.
Gibson’s camp insists that the release of the tapes is nothing short of an extortion plot by Grigorieva, 40, to extract more money from him.
His lawyer is expected to meet with the LA County Sheriff’s Department next week to present information to make their case, RadarOnline said.
The sheriff’s department is already probing Grigorieva’s allegations that Gibson punched her in the mouth in January, knocking out her tooth.
Gibson’s publicist declined to discuss the case yesterday. Lawyers for both the actor and Grigorieva did not return messages.
Gibson and Grigorieva are locked in a bitter court battle over support for their infant daughter.
Radar reported that Gibson was willing to shell out $20 million to Grigorieva in a custody deal in exchange for being able to have the baby 20 percent of the time. She balked that that was too much time for the kid to spend with her dad.
In the most recent phone recording, Grigorieva, a Russian singer, says Gibson broke his promise to support her and let her “fly.”
“All you want to do is shove me in a hole and sit me at home,” she says. “So much for your promise ‘I wanna let you fly.’ This is such bulls- -t. It’s such arrogant bulls – -t. You never meant to do that.”
An angry Gibson shoots back: “I’m letting you fly now!”
Gibson also cries poverty, telling Grigorieva he’s in deep to the taxman.
“I’m paying my tax money instead of the credit card. Don’t you get it?” he says.
The obscenity-laced phone call ends with Grigorieva saying she has to hang up and tend to their crying baby. Gibson then takes one final shot, telling her he hopes little Lucia won’t take after her mom.
“You . . . whore. I hope she doesn’t turn out like you!” he snapped.
