Brooklyn teacher pleads guilty to sleeping with 16-year-old student in no-jail deal

A tattooed Brooklyn high school teacher pleaded guilty to bedding a 16-year-old student yesterday in a no-jail deal that will yank her teaching license.

Park Slope seductress Erin Sayar answered, “Yes,” when a Brooklyn Supreme Court judge asked her whether she had sex with teenager Kevin Eng.

“They stated to me that they don’t want to see the defendant spend time in jail,” said Assistant District Attorney Serena Horowitz, implying that Eng no longer has hard feelings toward Sayar.

“The complainant and his family are amenable to the offer.”

Sayar, 37, had oral sex and intercourse with Eng at least eight times in her SUV and her James Madison HS office, authorities have said. Sayar even plied Eng with pot she kept hidden in her filing cabinet, authorities said.

Their forbidden love was revealed when Eng’s teenage girlfriend spotted them flirting, grew suspicious, and hacked into Eng’s Facebook account to find his messages to Sayar, which said, “I love you so much” and “I always loved you, since last year.”

Sayar had faced 50 counts of statutory rape and sexual abuse, but was allowed to plead guilty to just one count of felony rape. She declined to comment as she left court with her lawyer.

The Post reported in January that her cuckolded lawyer-husband filed for divorce .
