Star saxophonist David Sanborn, known for his collaborations with David Bowie, the Rolling Stones, Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton and other music giants, has put his stunning Upper West Side townhouse on the market for $12 million.

The 19-foot-wide brownstone at 135 W. 69th St. is fully renovated. It has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms and a separate recording studio on the top floor. There’s also a chef’s kitchen, four woodburning fireplaces, a terrace and a private garden.

Brokers Shaun Osher, Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon of Core declined to comment.

Sanborn, a six-time Grammy winner, has released 24 albums, with eight going gold and one platinum.

Square-foot Loose

Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick are still on their Manhattan apartment hunt. The thespian power couple currently live on Central Park West, but they have their eyes on chic downtown neighborhoods.

Bacon, star of “Footloose” and numerous hits since, recently dropped by a supersized loft at 684 Broadway in NoHo that is asking $8.25 million—far more than the $5.99million condo he recently saw at 101Warren St. in TriBeCa.

The gorgeous threebedroom, 2½bath coop at 684 Broadway comes with 3,200 square feet inside, plus 2,200 square feet of outdoor space.

The ecofriendly design includes flooring made of walnut that was “sustainably harvested in Vermont” and natural fibercotton insulationfrom recycled blue jeans, according to the listing.

There’s also a floating staircase rising from an interior garden. The listing price has been reduced from its original $8.95 million last year.

Listing brokers Sarah Thompson and Bernice Leventhal of the Corcoran Group declined to comment.

Beverly Hills on the Hudson

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Foster has been scouring Manhattan for apartments with her eldest daughter, 18-year-old Gigi Hadid, who will be starting college and has, of course, already begun her modeling career.

Fellow Beverly Hills Housewife Brandi Glanville also came along for the apartment hunt—with top broker Emily Beare of Core, who will be featured on an upcoming episodeof the Bravo show.

Hadid and her mom were looking at downtown one-bedroom rentals in the $3,000to $6,000 range. One place they toured, we hear, was the Beatrice in Chelsea, where they saw-units that are not on the market yet but will be shortly.

Hungry like the Wilf

Mark Wilf of the Wilf real estate family has just purchased a three-bedroom, four-bathroom coop at 895 Park Ave. for around $9.2 million.

The unit Wilf just purchased was originally asking $13 million and features a marble entrance gallery and a terrace.

Wilf is also president of the Minnesota Vikings, which he co-owns with his older brother, Zygi.
