Dave haunts Andy e-mails

ALBANY — He’s baaack — but only in cyberspace.

Former Gov. David Paterson resurfaced yesterday — at the bottom of e-mail messages sent to constituents by his successor, Gov. Cuomo.

People who e-mailed the governor in recent days received automated replies signed by Paterson.

“I want to assure you that your e-mail has been received, and will be read,” the reply says. “Sincerely, Gov. David A. Paterson.”

Cuomo spokesman Josh Vlasto said the glitch has been fixed.

Paterson won’t stay gone for long. He’ll co-host WOR radio’s morning show on Monday.
