Two knuckleheads in Boerum Hill tried to steal an NYPD mountain bike right under the noses of a couple of 84th Precinct cops, law-enforcement sources said.
The cops watched the duo use a pair of lock clippers to free the bike, which was marked “Specialized NYPD.”
They nabbed Anibal Maldonado, 42, and Manuel Ortega, 44, at noon Thursday, the sources said.
