A garbage bag filled with four pitbulls — three of them puppies — was left burning outside a Brooklyn building over the weekend, according a report.
Workers found the burnt bag, stuffed with the animals, near a dumpster outside their Canarsie warehouse Saturday, according to WNBC TV.
Surveillance video shows a minivan pull into the lot where a group of men set the bag on fire.
It’s not clear whether the dogs were burned alive. The ASPCA is investigating.
