Ever since she saw the movie “The Sixth Sense,” Carlin admits to being afraid of the dark. “I’m afraid of going to the bathroom in the middle of the night,” says Carlin.

One of Carlin’s biggest pet peeves is people who are bad spellers.
Sounds of love
Carlin doesn’t have one or two songs she likes when it’s time to get close — she has a whole playlist. It includes selections from the “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Gossip Girl” soundtracks.
Rap along
Carlin enjoys listening to the latest rap music releases, and has just as much fun pretending to know all the words.
Uptown girl
Though she lives in TriBeCa, Carlin enjoys walks on the Upper East Side. “I’d never live there, but I love the galleries, shops, restaurants and real estate,” she says.
Exhibitionist
Carlin is a big fan of museums. She’s a member of the Met, and says that one of her favorite places in New York City is MoMA.
Seeing double
Carlin likes to keep up with the Olsen twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley.

He is: nerdy. “I enjoy superhero movies, video games [and] the occasional comic book,” says Jon.
He wants: an athletic girl. “I’ve always been turned on by fit girls who can rock a pair of mesh basketball shorts,” Jon says.
Favorite comedian: Mike Birbiglia
Grill guy: One of Jon’s favorite types of food is barbecue.
Smart jock: Jon may like his comic books, but he’s also into playing sports. “That’s how I exercise,” he says.
Save it: Jon probably records more shows than he watches. “My DVR is rarely below 80 percent full,” he says.
Bad feet: Though he won’t wear them beyond three blocks of his apartment, Jon sometimes sports Uggs.

He is: a conversation starter. “I know how to make people comfortable, and I have a high social IQ,” says Adan.
He wants: someone with a sense of humor. “She can’t be afraid to laugh at herself,” Adan says.
