My landlord bit me: lawsuit

This landlord bites.

At least that’s the claim of a Queens woman who says her landlord chomped down on her finger in an early-morning dispute over late rent.

Xiao Li Chen admits she skipped an Aug. 1 payment for her apartment on 103rd Street in Corona, but she had every intention of paying up “as soon as was possible for her,” according to a Queens Supreme Court lawsuit.

Well, that wasn’t good enough for landlords Gang Peter Chen and his wife, Yunzhong Sun, who showed up about a week later at her door and began yelling at her, Xiao Chen says in court papers.

As she tried to “politely” shut the door on her irate landlords, Gang Chen allegedly “suddenly and violently grabbed her hand and bit her finger, causing her finger to immediately begin gushing blood,” Xiao Chen claims.

The landlords did not return a call for comment.
