Rivera Ave. name change ‘worth getting arrested’ for

She’s got balls!

A die-hard Yankees fan so badly wants River Avenue changed to Rivera Avenue she slapped a letter “A” sticker on the sign Tuesday night.

“I said, this is worth getting arrested because it’s for Mo,” model-slash-actress Nicole Saulter tells the Post.

“I’m obsessed. He’s a legend and [the sign] is practically his name anyway. I don’t want other generations of fans to forget him.”

The 29-year-old Jersey City resident, who has a steady gig as an extra on SNL, attends roughly 35 games per year and has been a fan since before she could walk.

She says her family is so obsessed with the Yanks they can barely talk after the team loses, especially to the Red Sox, and that family vacations were always punctuated by the sound of games on the radio.

Rivera is her favorite player because he’s not just talented, he’s also “like, the nicest person.” The Post started a campaign for the name change last week days before the closer was honored at Yankee Stadium.

She bought a peel-off “A” sticker at an art shop then convinced two guy pals to boost her up to the street sign during the first inning of last night’s game.

She’ll be back again Wednesday for one last chance to see Rivera pitch.
