Vid alibi bid in slayings

The Staten Island man accused of killing three Brooklyn shopkeepers shouted in court yesterday that subway-surveillance video will prove his innocence.

“It is impossible I was present at the time of the crime!” Salvatore Perrone yelled as he demanded prosecutors hand over MTA footage he claims will show him entering a Flatbush subway station at the time the third victim, Rahmatolla Vahidipour, was killed in November. “A video does not lie. I need [the video] that shows I wasn’t at the scene of the crime.”

Perrone said in court that he was near the murder scene at the time of the killing.

“He’s the true definition of a killer,” said Vahidipour’s daughter, Marjan, 40. “He’s not even sorry.”

Family members of victim Isaac Kadare whispered “disgusting” when Perrone was led into court and said “Go to hell” when he was led out.
