Staten Island marijuana kingpin allowed to marry & move

A marijuana kingpin from Staten Island who once raked in $6 million a week while living with his parents has had his home-confinement terms modified so that he can get married, according to a Brooklyn federal court filing.

Mama’s boy drug dealer Jonathan Braun, 30, who pleaded guilty in 2011, has been out on whopping $8 million bond while awaiting sentencing. He’s still under home confinement with an electronic ankle bracelet.

Judge Sandra Townes recently granted Braun’s request to have his confinement conditions tweaked so that he can marry his pregnant fiancee and move out of his boyhood home.

Braun will now be able to attend to all the small details of his upcoming nuptials — from getting fitted for a tuxedo to buying a ring, according to court papers.

He can now attend his “engagement party, his wedding and a seven-night ceremony afterwad referred to as “Sheva Brachot,” in which close family members gather at a home or restaurant to recite blessings for the newly married couple.”

Braun, who once fled to Israel after one of his Staten Island stash houses got raided in 2009, also asked to go to doctor’s visits with his expecting fiancee.

“Furthermore, he would like time to look for a new residence, as he will not be living with his parents once he is married,” the documents note.

Braun was busted in 2010 for orchestrating a heavyweight reefer ring that brought in millions of dollars worth of pot from Canada and distributed it across all five boroughs and out of state, prosecutors said.

“At its height…Braun’s organization raked in more than six million dollars per week,” prosecutors alleged in court papers.

Despite drowing in luxuries including a Bentley car and pricery Rolex watches, Braun still lived with his parents in a modest Staten Island home where he was eventually arrested by federal agents.

While snoozing away in his boyhood bedroom, Braun spent his days hiring private jets and boats fitted with hydraulic trap doors to transport his product, according to papers.
