‘Everybody smokes weed! De Blasio’s gonna legalize it’

The new mayor is already causing Staten Island to go up in smoke.

A weed-loving teen told cops breaking up her raging West Brighton pot party that she’d be sparking up as soon as they left because mayor-elect Bill de Blasio planned to legalize marijuana, law-enforcement sources said.

“This is the projects. Everybody smokes weed! De Blasio’s gonna legalize it,” Alexis Daniels, 16, told cops who asked about the ganja smell, the sources said.

“We gonna smoke more weed after you leave,” taunted Daniels, according to the sources.

Daniels was told to back away from the door but she instead screamed and cursed and tried to slam the door in a NYPD sergeant’s face, according to court documents.

There were about 100 people at the raucous house party and irritated neighbors called the cops, law-enforcement sources said.

De Blasio has said he would decriminalize small amounts of marijuana and supports medical use of the drug.

Law-enforcement sources said Daniels resisted arrest by yelling curses and flailing her arms as she rolled on the ground.

“You ain’t my dad! You can’t tell me what to do. F— that!” she hollered, according to law-enforcement sources.

Daniels was slapped with charges that include resisting arrest.
