Yet another Manhattan family has bought a beach house in Amagansett. DuJour magazine publisher Jason Binn and his wife Haley have purchased a new residence in this beachy area that Gwyneth Paltrow and Scarlett Johansson call home.
The Binns’ first Hamptons home, at 99 Potato Field Lane in Southampton Village, which they have owned for almost 15 years, is now on the market for $1.85 million with Mala Sander of the Corcoran Group. The five-bedroom home is 3,000 square feet and comes with a pool. Although there have been offers, Binn, we hear, is having a hard time letting go of the Southampton manse.
“The home has been such a big part of his life for so long,” a friend said.

That Zac Posen has designed the interiors of a full-floor loft at 16 W. 21st St., currently in contract, that was on the market for $2.495 million. Tony Cappoli designed the furnishings in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,368-square-foot unit, which comes with a keyed elevator, a balcony and lots of entertaining space.
