Gals off ‘hook’ in ‘Stroller Pimp’ case

Prosecutors have tossed charges against two accused hookers working out of a brothel run by so-called “stroller pimp” William Thomas, a Brooklyn father of four.

Their cases were dismissed after prosecutors were unable to link the women — Jung Lee, 28, and Rei Spain, 38 — to cash recovered from the East 50th Street bordello, prosecutors said today in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Thomas, of Fort Greene, is accused of running at least four Manhattan houses of ill repute, which specialized in Asian hookers, offering their services for $200 to $300 an hour.

The accused ladies of the night were busted Oct. 11 of last year after offering their services to an undercover cop.

Lee told one officer that she gave the “Girlfriend Experience” meaning sex without a condom, according to court papers.

The picky undercover wasn’t satisfied and asked for a Japanese girl.

Rei Spain replied, “(They) don’t do full service, only massage and “happy ending” for $100 plus $40 tip,’” according to court papers.
