A man who had been shot in Foxhurst flagged down a livery cab — but refused a ride to the hospital once he learned an ­undercover cop was behind the wheel.

The victim was with two pals at Freeman Street and West Farms Road at 2:30 a.m. Saturday when they heard a group of men yell out, “That’s them!”

As the trio fled, the 20-year-old victim heard two shots and was grazed on the head by a bullet, cops said.

He flagged down the cab and said shouted, “Please help us!”

The driver identified himself and a “passenger” as undercover cops — and the gunshot victim fled.

The detective driver called EMS, who treated the man on Jennings Street, a couple of blocks away.

The victim was then taken to Lincoln Hospital with a non-life-threatening wound.


Manhattan

A pervert squeezed the derriere of an Upper East Side woman, police sources said.

The 47-year-old victim was walking at East 83rd Street and Madison Avenue at 9 a.m. Wednesday when a man pinched her butt, according to police.

The suspect fled south on East 83rd Street, made a right on Madison and disappeared, cops said.

The victim reported pain and bruising, cops said.


A receptionist was clocked in the head with an iPad at a Midtown Audi dealership, cops said.

The 47-year-old victim was tending to visitors in the dealership’s lobby on Park Avenue near East 47th Street Wednesday when an unidentified man walked up to her, hit her in the head with an iPad and fled, police sources said.

The victim went to the emergency room later that day but doctors said her injury was considered minor.

The victim didn’t report the crime to police until Wednesday.

However, the dealership has video surveillance of the attack, which cops are reviewing.

It wasn’t clear what sparked the assault.


A burglar broke into a Tribeca jewelry shop, cops said.

The suspect entered the Cass Lilien custom-jewelry-design store at Harrison and Jay streets sometime after business hours Thursday, according to police.

The 48-year-old shop owner on Friday reported the break-in to police when she discovered that jewelry was missing.

The burglar stole $20,000 worth of items, including a $15,000 Judith Leiber bangle, and a platinum Victorian ring and necklace.

There were no signs of forced entry but the front door doesn’t always close properly, a source said.


Brooklyn

A homeless man was shot dead in Fort Greene, cops said.

Kelly Gilbert, 65, was found face down, unconscious and unresponsive on Grand Avenue near Gates Avenue at about 4:20 a.m. Saturday, according to police.

Gilbert, shot in the torso, was rushed to Brooklyn Hospital but pronounced dead on arrival.

Gilbert had 37 prior arrests, mostly for possession of controlled substances, cops said.


Queens

A 22-year-old California woman was found dead in a Howard Beach motel, cops said.

The victim was last seen entering the Surfside 3 motel on Cross Bay Boulevard near 164th Avenue Saturday at around 3 a.m., according to police.

A housekeeper made the discovery at around 11:30 a.m., cops said.

Investigators believe two men were in the room with her earlier, but their whereabouts were unknown, police sources said.

The identity of the woman was withheld pending family notification.

The investigation is ongoing.
