Mobster left to be eaten alive by pigs

Hannibal Lecter, eat your heart out!

In a scene right out of the film “Hannibal,” a still-breathing Italian mob boss was fed to pigs by members of a rival crime syndicate.

Francesco Raccosta was beaten with iron bars by members of the ’Ndrangheta crime family, which runs much of the southern Italian region of Calabria.

They then tossed him inside a pig sty, where he was eaten alive, the Daily Mirror reported.

The horrific details surfaced this month after authorities released audio tapes used to gather evidence against 20 gang members they busted.

The murder was allegedly carried out by mob boss Simone Pepe, 24, who reportedly admitted to the killing and three other murders.

“It was so satisfying hearing him scream. Mamma Mia, he could scream!” Pepe boasts in tapes secured via wire taps. “I didn’t see a f–king thing left.

“People say sometimes they leave something. In the end, there was nothing left. Those pigs could certainly eat.”

Raccosta has been missing since March 2012, as has fellow mobster Carmine Putrino, who police believe was murdered at the same time and also possibly fed to pigs.

A police spokesman said the bloody feud between the clans has been going on since the 1950s.
