Maybe Susan Boyle has found what she’s looking for — U2’s famed financial guru.
The heralded “Britain’s Got Talent” runner-up has hired veteran music moneyman Ossie Kilkenny as her manager, according to yesterday’s Daily Mirror.
Boyle has already pledged to release her debut album through “Talent” judge Simon Cowell’s label, Syco.
But the paper reported that Boyle wanted to augment her management team to include Kilkenny, 62, who is credited with helping Bono’s band become one of the industry’s biggest moneymakers.
“Susan wants to work with Simon, but she and her family have also chosen to bring in Ossie Kilkenny as manager,” an insider told the paper.
Boyle’s meteoric rise to fame began in April when her “Talent” audition became an instant YouTube classic.
