NATASHA RICHARDSON SUFFERS A TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY

Actress Natasha Richardson was critically injured in a ski accident in Canada yesterday, a source told The Post.

She was taken to a hospital near the ski resort of Mont Tremblant, about 75 miles from Montreal.

Richardson, 45, the wife of actor Liam Neeson and the daughter of screen legend Vanessa Redgrave, suffered a traumatic brain injury in the crash, the Web site Irishcentral.com, reported.

Last month, she performed a staged reading of the musical “A Little Night Music” with her mother, and was hoping to take the show to Broadway next year.

Richardson made her film debut at the age of 4 in “The Charge of the Light Brigade in 1968,” directed by her father, Tony Richardson.

Her other film credits include, “The Parent Trap” “Nell ” and “Patty Hearst.”

She married Neeson in 1994. They have two young sons
