QUEENS STALK ARREST

A Queens court officer who stalked a model by donning disguises was busted after driving past her with his fly open and carrying duct tape and a wig, sources said yesterday.

Christopher Ofee, 43, was arrested Sunday after he approached Julia Fragias – whom he’d been pestering for more than a year – at a bus stop at 82nd Street and Astoria Boulevard in East Elmhurst, officials said.

Ofee allegedly offered the woman a ride but she told him she was waiting for her husband.

Unnerved by the exchange, Fragias, 30, returned home and had her boyfriend escort her back to the bus stop, where Ofee drove past twice more, sources said.

Fragias – who also sings professionally under the name Jane Silence – then called police. As cops interviewed her at the bus stop, Ofee drove past one more time, prompting the officers to pull him over, cops aid.

They found him with his trousers unzipped and a wig and duct tape on the front seat, sources said.

Ofee had approached Fragias six times starting in January 2008, asking for directions and offering her rides, the sources said.

He often wore disguises and used props, like a cast a crutch or a cane, but she was able to see through the ruse, the sources said.

By November, Fragias had become fed up and told Ofee to stop bothering her, sources said.

Ofee, who lives in Woodside about two miles from the bus stop and works as a Queens Criminal Court officer, was charged with stalking and harassment and released on a desk-appearance ticket.

Court officials said he’s currently on vacation and will be placed on modified assignment – without a gun – and transferred to a post in Manhattan when he returns. Fragias told The Post she had no comment.
