‘GRAN’ LARCENY

A self-proclaimed “foreclosure specialist” was busted yesterday on charges she ran an $800,000 mortgage scam that cost a Bronx granny her home.

Lavette Bills, 36, hosted a program on WBLS and WLIB.

One caller was the grandson of a Bronx woman falling behind on a $38,000 mortgage. In 2007, Bills allegedly convinced the woman and her grandson to put Bills’ name on their deed so they could qualify for a $50,000 loan.

Bills secretly sold their home to a “straw buyer,” who got a $337,500 loan using phony documents arranged by accomplice Kirk Lacey, 36, the feds charged.
