Anna lesbian love shocker

Anna Nicole Smith’s female doctor funneled drugs to the Playmate to fuel their lesbian love affair, a prosecutor charged yesterday.

Los Angeles Deputy DA Renee Rose made the stunning assertion during a preliminary hearing against Smith’s lawyer and two doctors, who are charged with conspiring to illegally supply drugs to the late model.

Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor have pleaded not guilty.

“There was a sexual relationship that happened in the past and possibly carrying into the future. It was the motive for Dr. Eroshevich to provide excessive medication to Anna Nicole Smith,” Rose told the court.

“There are ulterior motives for Dr. Eroshevich’s actions. That medicine keeps her addicted, so Dr. Eroshevich becomes the most important person in her life. She keeps her addicted.”

Rose’s jaw-dropping allegation came during questioning of Smith bodyguard Maurice “Moe” Brighthaupt.

Another prosecutor, Sean Carney, added that the DA would call experts on medical ethics to comment on Eroshevich’s alleged breakdown of doctor-patient relationships.

“When you have someone who is an addictive personality, the doctors will testify it was important to maintain professional boundaries,” Carney said.

Defense lawyers objected to the steamy line of questioning, and Judge Robert Perry said the preliminary hearing wasn’t the proper forum for delving into Smith’s sexual background.

“I’m not going to turn this into some circus sideshow. Let’s just get on with this,” Perry said.

The judge must rule on whether there’s enough evidence to send Smith’s three pals to trial.

Even though Brighthaupt testified for prosecutors, the bodyguard insisted that Eroshevich wanted to help Smith get off prescription pills.

Smith reached the depth of her addiction in late 2006 and early 2007 — after her son Daniel died, leading to her overdose on Feb. 8, 2007.

During that time, Eroshevich wanted to get Smith into rehab but Stern opposed it, according to Brighthaupt.

“Her [Eroshevich’s] opinion was she [Anna] needed to [go to rehab]. He [Stern] said it would kill her,” Brighthaupt said.

While the hired muscle was describing Smith’s troubled state of mind in late 2006, Judge Perry jumped in to ask: “Is it fair to describe her as zombielike?”

“Very much so,” Brighthaupt answered.

The bodyguard continually blamed Stern for Smith’s drug use — but said the Playmate knew how to get her way.

“She . . . manipulated her way to get what she wants,” Brighthaupt said.

Photographer Larry Birkhead, the father of Smith’s baby, is expected to take the witness stand today. With Post Wire Services
