Starr report

Art imitating art: On next Tuesday’s episode of “Sons of Anarchy,” Jax (Charlie Hun nam) tells a frightened Luanne (Dendrie Taylor) that, “I’m not gonna Adriana you” — referring to Silvio’s rubout of Adriana (Drea de Matteo) on “The Sopranos.” “Anarchy” has been compared to “The Sopranos,” and there’s an extra inside-jokey layer here: Drea played Jax’s drug gie wife, Wendy, last season.

More insider stuff: Sisters- in-law Courtney Cox Ar quette (“Cougartown”) and Patricia Arquette (“Me dium”) guest on “Ellen” two days apart (Sept. 23 and 25, respectively).

Speaking of families, Play boy TV’s new series, “King of Clubs,” premiering Sept. 25, “is not just about gratui tous nudity” and has “charac ter development,” says its publicist. Is that akin to read ing Playboy for the articles? Anyway, “King of Clubs” is from The Greif Company (“Gene Simmons’ Family Jew els”) and revolves around a real family (the Gentiles) who run a strip club in Vegas. And while they’re not strip pers, a group of “flash mob dance teams,” stationed throughout Manhattan today (7 a.m.-3 p.m.) — to promote tonight’s season premiere of “So You Think You Can Dance” — will remove their business jackets and will spring (fully clothed) into cho reographed routines at, among other venues, Penn Station, Union Square Station, the Port Authority and Herald Square.

Chalk this one up to the “Who knew?” department: “Hung” star Thomas Jane runs a production company, Raw Entertainment, that’s also in the comic book busi ness. Jane will be at the Long Beach Comic Con (Oct. 2-4) in Long Beach, Calif. to promote his new movie, “Give ’em Hell Malone” (co- starring Ving Rhames) and Raw’s comic properties, “Bad Planet” and “Alien Pig Farm.”
