Tom and Gisele sued for wedding shooting

Two photographers have sued Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen for $1 million in damages after claiming the superstar couples’ bodyguards attacked them after a wedding celebration in Costa Rica earlier this year, according to a lawsuit filed today.

The lensman — Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles — claim they received clearance to take photos from a nearby property.

In the lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court, one of the New England Patriots’ security guards approached Cortez and Aviles and demanded his camera and memory cards.

The men claim five other men, also security guards hired by Brady and Bundchen joined in and refused to let them go.

In court documents, the men allege that the guards “opened fire with pistols.”

The men claim the bullets “shattered” the rear window of their SUV and “narrowly missed striking [their] heads.”

Cortez and Aviles were not struck by the bullets.

Eventually, the photographers claim they were let go.

Don Yee, Brady’s agent, declined comment. Bundchen’s publicist, Alison Levy, said she does not comment on her client’s personal life.
