‘Real Housewife’ and White House crasher Salahi lashes out at costar’s anorexia talk: report

“Real Housewives of D.C.” star Michaele Salahi, also known as half of a couple that crashed a White House state dinner, is denying claims that she is anorexic, RadarOnline reported Monday.

Salahi said her “Real Housewives” costar Lynda Erkiletian has been hinting that Salahi has an eating disorder.

“Lynda, as seen in episode one and again in this episode, continued with her obsessive behavior, ranting and raging about my weight,” Salahi wrote on her “Real Housewives” blog at BravoTV.com. “I guess there will be more talk about my weight and my alleged eating disorder thanks to Lynda.”

Salahi claims Erkiletian once told her husband, Tareq Salahi, “Get your wife some fries or a burger, she is unhealthy.”

Erkiletian said she has been concerned about Salahi’s weight and health, but has never used “the A-word” because, “As a [modeling] agent … I know better.”

Erkiletian and Salahi met 15 years ago and were friends pre-“Real Housewives.”

“I have tried my best to teach Lynda that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, and shines from within. But Lynda takes pleasure in tearing down other women, which I think is wrong,” Salahi wrote on her blog.

“I have repeatedly forgiven Lynda for her anger and hate, and have moved forward. Girls need to celebrate one another and build each other up. Life is hard enough!”
