12-year-old girl nabbed dealing drugs as part of massive ring: cops

A 12-year-old girl today was busted for peddling crack and pot on a Queens street corner — one of 43 people nabbed as part of a massive drug ring, authorities said.

The grade schooler, whose name was not released because of her age, sold the drugs to an undercover, officials said.

“She does not look 12,” said NYPD Inspector Michael Bryan. “We were very shocked to find out” her age.

Cops said the girl’s parents were not involved in the ring. They said they were still trying to figure out who roped her in.

In addition to the child, authorities collared 42 other suspects, most with long rap sheets and one with a murder charge already against him.

The busts were part of a daylong raid targeting several homes in the area, including some at Ocean Bay Houses and Ocean Village Apartments on Beach 51 Street.

Authorities seized two Mercedes-Benzes, one BMW, $14,000 in cash, 11 pounds of marijuana and a quantity of crack in the raids.

During the investigation, which began in March, undercover detectives bought nine pounds of marijuana, 180 oxycodone pills and undisclosed amounts of heroin, percocet and crack, officials said. The probe was conducted by the NYPD and Queens DA’s Office.

The neighborhood has long been the sight of gang- and drug-related activity.

In April, a gang sweep of the area led to the arrests of 104 suspects who faced murder, narcotics possession and other charges.
