Another first for Snooki

She’s one for the books.

“Jersey Shore” star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is the first to be charged this year with violating a 13-year-old local law regulating obnoxious beach bums, authorities said yesterday.

The diminutive 22-year- old diva got slapped with a violation of Seaside Heights, NJ, municipal code 33-8C covering “any loud noise, sound or music to the annoyance of any other person. . .” on the beach.

While at least a dozen people get nailed each year for the offense, Snooki was the first charged in 2010, court administrators told The Post.

Snooki’s lawyer, Raymond Raya, yesterday declined to comment on how he’ll handle the charge against his client of being a pest.

Prosecutor Kim Pascarella said the charge was added after arresting cops hit the hammered Snooki for disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance July 30.

Snooki has been ordered to show up for trial Sept. 8.

That’ll be one for the books, too.

“Most of the time, people just pay the fine at the violations bureau,” Pascarella said.
