A dog walker made a grisly discovery on the Livingston waterfront at about 1 p.m. yesterday — the body of Karl Reina, 19, who had been shot in the head and was lying in an isolated spot abutting the Kill Van Kull, police said.

The site is just off Richmond Terrace, near Snug Harbor Road.

Manhattan

A 90-year-old woman suffering from terminal cancer jumped to her death from the 14th floor of her apartment building on East 48th Street near Third Avenue at about 7:40 a.m. yesterday, authorities said.

A burglar who swiped a treasure trove of goodies from an East Harlem apartment turned out to be the tenant’s ex-boyfriend, cops said.

Sonny Alloway, 39, allegedly broke into the East 110th Street home near Park Avenue at 10 a.m. May 6 and stole a gold necklace, three pairs of earrings and a digital camera. He was arrested outside the building later that day.

Queens

A man believed to be in his 20s was found fatally stabbed early yesterday in his Corona home, police said.

The body was found at 5:28 a.m. in the home on 37th Avenue near 108th Street.

Brooklyn

A 40-year-old clerk at an East Flatbush bodega refused to fork over cash to a gun-toting thief, then helped cops bust him, authorities said.

The clerk told Jason Benjamin, 28, to get lost after the thug demanded money just after midnight Thursday in the grocery store on Church Avenue and East 39th Street.

Benjamin threw a fit, dumping assorted snacks to the floor before fleeing, cops said.

The clerk called cops and gave them a description, and Benjamin was caught not far from the scene.

Bronx

A botched midafternoon robbery in Westchester Square left the victim with a fractured jaw, a bloody nose and two black eyes, authorities said.

Dondre Everette, 27, and an accomplice approached the mark on East Tremont Avenue near Tan Place at 1:04 p.m. Monday, court papers state.

Everette repeatedly slugged the man in the face while trying to snatch his cellphone, cops said.

Cops caught up with the muggers about 20 minutes later.

A woman said she broke into her Williamsbridge neighbor’s apartment and took her furniture because she didn’t think the tenant was returning, authorities said.

Latisha White, 34, used a crowbar and a screwdriver to access the Wilson Avenue pad near Boston Road at midnight Feb. 14, according to court documents.

She took the dining-room table, two chairs, speakers and a TV, court papers say. Officers found the stolen items in her home May 9.

“I didn’t think she was coming back, so I thought I had the right to do it,” she allegedly told cops.
