Parents’ ‘flash mob’ party delights kids at B’klyn school

Merely picking up your kids after school is so 1995.

Dozens of parents performed a 10-minute-long “flash mob” at PS 10 in Brooklyn Tuesday, cavorting with beach balls to an opera tune in a video that has gone viral.

Delighted students lined the sides of the playground at the Magnet School Of Math Science & Design Technology in Park Slope as their parents danced to the classical tune — before a sharp transition to the Black Eyed Peas’ 2009 hit, “Boom Boom Pow” and, later, LMFAO’s club chart-topper “Party Rock Anthem.”

The parents didn’t hog the show, and pulled in the kids in to the party — some of whom appeared to be significantly better dancers than their older-generation caregivers.
