Jon Hamm completing $2.4M penthouse upgrade

It’s a Mad house

Just in time for the spring premiere of “Mad Men” on April 13, star Jon Hamm, who plays ad man Don Draper, and his longtime girlfriend, actress and filmmaker Jennifer Westfeldt — best known for the flick “Kissing Jessica Stein” — are completing the renovation of their penthouse at 40 W. 67th St., which they bought last April for $2.45 million.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is in a Rosario Candela-designed building on a landmarked block in Lincoln Square. It comes with a windowed, open chef’s kitchen, a woodburning fireplace and two terraces.

Pretty little lair

Pete Seeger, Woody Guthrie and Carl Sandburg’s old hangout in Snedens Landing — a celebrity enclave just 25 miles north of Manhattan — is now on the market for $1.29 million.

Known as “The Little House,” the Federal-style home was built in 1810 on a spot where George Washington once stayed, according to legend. It has also been home to late greats Laurence Olivier and Vivian Leigh, as well as Al Pacino, Björk, Diane Sawyer, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Bill Murray and first mayor of New York City, William Merritt.

The Little House has been fully renovated. The listing broker is Robert Moore, of Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty.

We hear . . .

That a newly restored townhouse at 450 W. 25th St. — listed for $10.39 million with Douglas Elliman’s Leonard Steinberg — will be transformed into a pop-up gallery tonight featuring work by former Warhol muse Ultra Violet, Nicolas Saint Grégoire (a Johnny Depp fave) and Jean-Claude Goldberg.
