Eyeballing homes of Bernie kin

Bernie Madoff’s bankruptcy trustee has placed liens on four swanky homes bought by the fraudster’s offspring — including the SoHo loft where Madoff’s elder son hanged himself on the second anniversary of his disgraced dad’s arrest.

The “lis penden” notices warn potential buyers that trustee Irving Picard has a claim to the properties pending resolution of a $255 million suit against Madoff’s relatives.

Picard has alleged that the Madoffs used Bernie’s crooked investment firm as a “family piggy bank” to finance their lavish lifestyles of pricey homes, cars and boats.

According to PropertyShark.com, the Securities Investor Protection Corp. — represented by Picard — filed liens against the late Mark Madoff’s $6 million apartment at 583 Broadway and Andrew Madoff’s $4.3 million apartment at 433 E. 74th St.

Liens were also filed against homes the brothers bought in tony Greenwich, Conn., Bloomberg News reported.
