SLUGFEST: Granderson moves to a rental in the Laurel

SLUGFEST: Granderson moves to a rental in the Laurel (Lorenzo Ciniglio/Freelance)

Yankees center fielder Curtis Granderson should have no problem staying in shape at his new Upper East Side home.

He’s leaving 515 E. 72nd St. to move into the luxurious, fitness-friendly Laurel building at 400 E. 67th St., where the 12,000 square feet of amenities include a weight room, a cardio room, a 50-foot lap pool, a steam room, a sauna and even a triathlon training center. The building also offers parking, a screening room and a double-height atrium lounge.

We hear that Granderson is renting a one-bedroom from a condo owner in the building. The Laurel’s developer declined to comment.

The last one-bedroom rental in the building was listed for $5,900 a month.

‘Angel’ flies away

It’s no longer a secret.

Model Maryna Linchuk (pictured), a Victoria’s Secret “Angel,” has sold her one-bedroom, two-bathroom loft in Nolita for $1.25 million to Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr.

The 1,033-square-foot condo is at 354 Broome St. Linchuk bought the loft for about $1 million in January 2010. Musician Fiona Apple once lived there, as did artist Ryan McGinness.

The residence features original columns, 10-foot-plus beamed ceilings, a double-wide living room overlooking a garden courtyard, a chef’s kitchen, two “spa-like” bathrooms with heated floors and two walk-in closets. Hammond might also like the apartment’s B&W two-zone sound system.

Nick Gavin of the Corcoran Group had the listing.

‘Trump’ naughty novel is fun read

The red room of pain in “Fifty Shades of Grey” would fit right into “Trump Tower,” a new novel by Jeffrey Robinson that reads like a male version of Danielle Steel on steroids.

Billed as “the sexiest novel of the decade” on its cover, “Trump Tower” is a fun read about the depths of degradation residents go to in order to live in the Midtown building — like a supermodel who suffers through bondage routines with a movie star and gets compensated with real estate and offshore bank accounts for dalliances with an Italian count and a Kuwaiti prince. Sounds like a TV series or film might be next.

We hear . . .

That attendees of the 12th annual Hampton Designer Showhouse, which will have a gala preview party on Saturday with honorary chair Mario Buatta and honorary design co-chairs Jamie
Drake and Alexa Hampton, might want to wear crash helmets. The house at 80 Flying Point Road in Water Mill is down the street from the mansion owned by Knicks guard Jason Kidd, who was just arrested on DWI charges after ramming his Escalade into a telephone pole. As Gimme Shelter first reported, Kidd has a 5,500-square-foot mansion at 100 Flying Point Road that Jennifer Lopez also had her eye on.

Picture this

The late photographer Richard Avedon’s digs are back on the market as of today.

The four-story, six-bedroom, nine-bathroom townhouse at 407 E. 75th St. — currently owned by tech entrepreneur Kevin Wendle, a former executive producer for “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” — is listed for $12.5 million.

Wendle picked it up from Olivier Sarkozy, the half-brother of former French president Nicolas Sarkozy and current arm candy for Mary- Kate Olsen, for $8.4 million in January. Sarkozy had originally listed it for $11.95 million.

The home was owned by Avedon for 33 years. His darkroom and studio remain untouched on the first floor.

Jersey peek

Despite lawsuits accusing him of unwanted sexual advances toward male massage therapists, John Travolta is acting like all is well with his wife Kelly Preston. The couple were recently photographed holding hands at the premiere of “Savages” and while vacationing in Mykonos, Greece. And they’ve been house-hunting together in tony Alpine, NJ. Travolta’s rep denies it, but spies spotted the couple checking out a 15,000-square-foot, six-bedroom mansion listed for $9.2 million.
