Heated hearing in iPhone ‘slay’

The hot-tempered Bronx woman who allegedly mowed down her teen boyfriend with an SUV for breaking her iPhone was indicted for manslaughter yesterday — and later a heated war of words broke out between her and family members of the victim.

The family of the dead teen, Franklyn Hernandez, 17, scoffed when accused killer Jasmine Diaz, 25, pleaded not guilty in Bronx Criminal Court.

At one point before the hearing, several of Hernandez’s family members were removed from the courtroom.

Diaz remains behind bars without bail and is expected back in court Oct. 17.
