MONDAY’S RESULTS:
World Premier got the job done but we could not get the quinella with Rough Winter. After scratches, loss of $35 for the day.

BANKROLL: $1,662

MONDAY’S RESULTS: Off to the good start when Sunny Desert won. Then The Roofer crashed through ours to ruin our double. Irish Humor had us laughing all the way home after finishing 10th. Lost a not-so-funny $50.

ED FOUNTAINE

BANKROLL: $1,844.50

ANTHONY AFFRUNTI

TODAY’S PLAY: Big week ahead. Let’s take $40 and play $20 win and place on Akira, who should benefit from a sharp pace in the third race, and we’ll take the remaining $10 and bet City Vice to win in the seventh, hoping we get grass. Total bet: $50.

MONDAY’S RESULTS:
World Premier won by five lengths paying $4.30 to change our $25 win bet into $53.75. Trickey Guy proved to be just that after looking like he had a shot before fading to last. My buddy Cap the Moment gave a decent effort for fifth, but didn’t help the pocket. Won an action-packed $3.75.
